What if an item on my order is out of stock?
If that item will be restocked soon, we'll fill and ship your order when that item arrives without notifying you. If the item won’t be restocked or will take some time to come back in stock, we'll let you know by email so we can make other arrangements.

What if I want to change my order after I place it?
Call us or send us an email as soon as possible indicating your changes, and we'll do our best to meet your needs. However, we cannot guarantee these changes; please be certain of your order before submitting it.

Can I pick up my order at the store?
Yes, you can. We will contact when your order is filled and ready for pickup. You must at least 21 with a valid id at the time of pickup and your order confirmation or the credit card used to place the order.

Is there a minimum for an order?
One item

Do you offer discounts?
Yes. We offer 5% discounts for half-case purchases (6 bottles); 10% discounts for full case purchases (12 bottles); and 15% discount for wine members on all purchases. For large multi-case purchases, please contact us for possible additional discounts.

Is my order secure?
Yes. Our secure online store has an SSL certificate

How do I know my order went thru?
We will send you an e-mail confirming your order with 48 hours.

How do I track my order?
We will send the tracking number along with the order confirmation

Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, we offer gift certificates in $25 increments

Is there a fee to join the wine club?
No, there in no sign-up or membership fee. You pay only for each monthly shipment.

Is there a contract for the wine club?
No, you may discontinue at any time.

Do I have to take my wine club shipment every month?
This is a monthly wine club, but we are very flexible. If receiving two bottles of wine is too much wine, we can arrange to ship every other month or quarterly. Please fill in special instructions on “join the club” form.

What if I need to postpone my wine club shipments for a month or two?
If you need to postpone shipments temporarily for reasons such as out-of-town travel or economics, please contact us. We can keep your membership active and resume shipments when you’d like.

How do you select the wines for the wine club?
We get this question all the time. We taste through over 150 wines during any given month and evaluate them for the “Wow, wine club!” factor. There is no formula. They just have to be amazingly well-crafted, balanced wines that would make us happy if we were to receive them. It’s dubbed “The Best Darn Wine Club on the Planet” for a reason.
