At this time MBWS can only ship within the state of California. Please contact us for shipping rates outside of California. Additional states will be added as they become available. Please check with your state for laws and regulations at www.ncsla.org/states.htm or www.freethegrapes.org

MBWS is able to ship all non-alcohol items, such as accessories, gourmet foods and apparel, to all 50 states.

Shipping days are Monday thru Thursday. We do not ship out late in the week to avoid shipments being held by shipping company over the weekend. We try to ship out-of-state orders on Monday so they will arrive by Friday. Shipments within California usually arrive within 2-3 business days. All California residents are subject to 7.75% sales tax.

Most orders will be shipped as soon as they are verified. However, some orders may be delayed due to availability and/or weather conditions. Please allow 7-14 days for shipments to arrive, although they will generally arrive sooner.

All orders are shipped UPS ground. If you would like your delivery expedited, please contact us for 2nd day or next day air shipping.

MBWS reserves the right to delay shipment due to extreme weather conditions. We monitor weather conditions but we cannot predict the weather and we are not responsible for damage due to weather conditions. If a shipment is delayed, we will inform the customer via e-mail.

Shipping pricing includes the cost of proper packaging, insurance and handling. Shipping costs are estimated based on average weight and size of a typical 750ml bottle and the destination of the shipment. Smaller or larger bottles may require alternative packaging and different cost.

All wine shipments are sent with an adult signature required (21 or older). We recommend sending the order to a business address, where someone over 21 is there to sign on the first attempt. UPS will not leave a wine shipment without a signature. UPS will make three attempts to deliver the shipment. If a shipment is returned, we do not charge a restocking fee. If the shipment is shipped again, the customer’s credit card will be charged for the cost of the freight.

We cannot ship alcohol to a FPO, APO or PO Box or internationally.

Non-alcohol items may be shipped via USPS. This typically will reduce some shipping cost and will be done when able. Costs will be determined by weight, packaging, destination and delivery confirmation fees.

When placing your order, make sure all shipping information is correct (street, apt#, suite#, zip codes). The shipping company will charge $10 for incorrect or incomplete information. Please denote whether the shipping address is residential or commercial (business), for there is a cost difference. If you work from your home, this is still considered residential by the shipping company. The customer placing the order is liable for these additional costs and will be charged to the customer’s credit card and will be notified via e-mail.

Please be sure that the billing address for the order is the same as the address on file with the credit card company or bank. The order may not ship until this information can be verified.

Prices, vintages and availability are subject to change without notice. MBWS is not responsible for any typographical errors and reserves the right to correct any errors in pricing and vintages. Any price shown $0.00, please contact us for correct pricing.

MBWS is to be notified of all returns within 30 days of receiving shipment. We will not accept any returns without first being notified of a return. MBWS does not charge a restocking fee. Once the return is received, the customer’s credit card will be credited within 2-4 business days but may take up to two statement cycles for the credit to appear. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the shipping charges.

MBWS is a customer service driven business. We go to great lengths to provide excellent products and impeccable service. If you are unhappy with any aspect of shopping with us, we want to know.
